The big competition for Bike Month in the Bay Area starts today! From May 1 to May 31, thousands of individuals on hundreds of teams representing companies of all sizes will log their commute miles as part of Team Bike Challenge. Last year, 2,519 cyclists riding on 1,827 teams for 535 companies  logged an incredible 374,080 miles — saving over 374,168 pounds of CO2 and burning close to 16,085,458 million calories. We cMany, if not all, of this year’s riders will participate in Bike to Work Day on May 11.
